4.4 on Trustpilot (10 reviews)Bought Halo eSIM for a week-long Bali holiday and the user experience was very smooth. I had really good connectivity throughout and a reminder to top when I was almost out of balance. Would definitely use it over any other eSIM!
Simple to use, installed in minutes and had internet access consistently while away.
Halo was so easy and trouble free to use. Service quality was really good with no trouble experienced. Looking forward to using again.
Great connection, easy to install, reasonably priced. Will definitely use again!
Halo worked wonderfully while I visited the outer Hebrides in Scotland! Ty was helpful and I would definitely recommend Halo to anyone visiting and needing an eSim.
Halo e-sim was easy to use and have the best value for money. Internet connection wasn’t a problem at all. Definitely 5 stars!
Questions? We've got answers.
-
Can I call and send SMS on my Halo eSIM?
Halo eSIMs are exclusively data-only eSIMs. While you can engage in voice calls and messaging through WhatsApp, FaceTime, and other widely used VoIP apps, traditional phone calls and SMS are not supported.
-
Is my device compatible with Halo eSIM?
Most phones from 2018 onwards support eSIM: iPhone XR and XS and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, Galaxy S20 and newer. If it's a reasonably recent phone, you're probably fine. Check our device compatibility page if you want to be sure.
-
When should I set up my Halo eSIM?
Before you leave, while you're still on Wi-Fi. Most plans only start counting data once you connect to a network at your destination, so there's no cost to installing early. One less thing to sort at the airport.
-
Can I top up my Halo eSIM?
Yes. Buy another plan for the same destination from your order page and the data is added to your existing eSIM, with no reinstall. Not available on Unlimited (daily) plans: buy a new plan when one ends.
-
Can I hotspot with my Halo eSIM?
It depends on the destination and carrier. Most plans support hotspot (tethering), but some carriers restrict it on certain plan types. Check the plan details on the destination page before you buy.
